[My #1 Method For Landing Job Offers]

Welcome to High Speed Dreams—where every week, you gain one powerful strategy to speed up your job search and land a dream role.

Today, you’ll uncover the #1 method to get the recognition you deserve in your job search—the exact strategy that helped me land offers twice as fast as my peers. Scroll down to learn how you can replicate this success. 🙌

CONTEXT

Every job seeker believes they need to follow the same path: craft a perfect resume, prepare standard answers, and hope for the best. Yet, many overlook a strategy that can make them stand out profoundly.

THE METHOD

Here's my step-by-step playbook for doubling your job offers by showing employers you're the solution they didn't even know they needed:

Reach Out Strategically: Connect with individuals who hold your desired job title within your target company. This not only shows you’re well-researched but also helps you build a network. How to find them? Use LinkedIn. Type "[target job title]" AND "[company name]" in the LinkedIn search bar.

i.e. "Project Manager" AND "Amazon"

A list of every single Project Manager from Amazon will populate.

Message Them: DM them and let them know you're interviewing with the company. Ask them the kind of questions they were asked when they were interviewed. You'll find some real gems they all had to tackle.  You don't want to look like everyone else.

Highlight Your Unique Value: Remember everyone interviewing is qualified. The key is to help the employers recognize why you are DIFFERENT. Think about what makes you uniquely positioned for the role and write down 3 things. Talk about them in the interview.

Address Role-Specific Challenges: Ask the recruiter "What have been the biggest challenges for this role?" This will give you insight to focus on the pain points in future interviews and address why YOU are the right person to solve them. Going into the interview, I’d focus on writing down effective solutions to those challenges so I could WOW the employer.

Prepare Solutions in Advance: Before your interview, devise effective solutions to the challenges discussed. Presenting these ideas will demonstrate your initiative and problem-solving skills, setting you apart from other candidates. If you bring solutions to problems before you start the job, you're setting yourself apart from the other candidates.

WHY IT WORKS

In a sea of qualified candidates, it's not enough to just answer questions correctly. Employers are looking for someone who can bring value and solve problems even before they start the job. By using this method, you position yourself not just as a potential employee, but as a future asset to the company.

FINAL THOUGHT

It's not just about cracking the questions; it's about showing them you're the solution they didn't even know they needed.

Do the work that others won't, and you will land the job that others can't.
